In 2021 and 2022, Jeff was awarded ICON Status by eXp Realty for achieving exceptional selling volume and exemplifying eXp Realty core values (Top 3% of 87,000 agents). Jeff was also recognized in eXp Realty’s 2022 Top 50 Agents in the nation list. Matheson Group Realty has also been recognized in the top 1% for units sold and volume in the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Jeff also has 15 years experience as a successful real-estate investor in the Ottawa market. He has an intimate knowledge of the Ottawa real-estate market and has learned how to navigate the waters of investment property, including AirBnB properties.
