Incredibly responsive and supportive management. Amazing neighbors, also super pet friendly. We’re definitely renewing our lease. Great location, too, if you’re a commuter.

Update: We received $98 of our security deposit back, post-marked May 15. Again, this almost 3 months post move out. NO itemized list of deductions from our security deposit was provided. Would love to know where the other $300 went. The entire security deposit should have been returned as management failed to return or provide itemized deduction within 30 days. Original Post: We moved out at the end of February and have yet to receive our deposit back or an itemized list of deductions as required under NM law. It has now been almost 3 months. We have called and emailed without resolution.

These apartments have a huge hit and run problem, no working cameras to watch any of the parking lot, and management claims that "having no cameras is good for us." because of "liability". So, if your property is damaged while living here, you are totally on your own. I have lost thousands to hit and runs here, with 2 happening within 2 weeks of each other. I was told verbatim that it is not Cielo Luxury Living to protect or watch over any resident, "the cameras are not to protect you guys."
