Review after 15-months at Fellow. Current and incoming tenants, especially CU Anschutz students, should get everything from Fellow at Fitz management in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances. In my experience, management changed explanations after the fact, introduced new rules that were never mentioned in the lease or move-out instructions, and gave verbal reassurances that stopped mattering once money or accountability was involved. I would not recommend Fellow at Fitz, despite the convenient location near Anschutz.
