A very nice place to live!!
So many great amenities and amazing living space and community! Amazing off campus housing!!
The absolute headache this place has caused me. I lived at Fremont for the past two years, and management is horrible. There is constantly new desk staff who have no idea how to do their jobs, along with constantly rotating assistant and general managers. It feels like every time you have an issue, you are talking to someone new who has no idea what is going on. During a mid-year check-in, they tried to charge me $800 for having “unregistered” pets when it was their fault for not documenting them properly. I went into the office, and both of my pets’ information was already in my account.
