As Store leader for Petsmart I’ve had 13ish stores across 6 different states and Virgilio with Sprague has been the best pest control manager I’ve had in any of my territories. Virgilio listens when I have a problem and takes my challenge's seriously, addressing them with heist. I have recently been tasked with an infestation challenge and really needed guidance on how to best eradicate and he was there.
