I had a great experience with T&I Home Service, especially Omar. He was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. He clearly knew what he was talking about, explained the issue with my garage door, and came prepared with everything needed to complete the repair. He was able to come the very same day, which was incredibly helpful, and fixed the garage door quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent service. I would definitely recommend T&I Home Service and Omar to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.
Omar was professional and fast. As hoa vice president I will always highly recommend due too Omar!
I called at 6pm on Sunday night that my garage door wouldn't open. Much to my surprise Omar was able to come the same night and was here by 8:30pm! He thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and what parts needed to be replaced. He was wonderful about explaining so that I would understand what he would need to do. He had all the parts on his truck and in 45 minutes my garage door was working again and gliding beautifully. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge freely.
