After signing the lease with The 87, I experienced repeated interactions with certain staff members that felt like microaggressions and possible racial bias. When I asked basic questions, I was often brushed off with bare-minimum answers and a condescending attitude without a basic decent costumer service. Yet I noticed staff show much more patience, warmth, and detail when answering same questions I asked for white tenants, which really left me wondering if people of color experienced biased unfriendliness from the staff here
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Parking is a mess. Apartments themselves were poorly built. For the price, you can find much better places to live near campus.
