The burnham is located near everything in downtown Nashville. It was very clean and decorated well. It was exceptionally safe and was patrolled by security. The security guard Mary was amazingly friendly. It was extremely quiet during a busy time in Nashville. Overall the building is lovely and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Tyler, the maintenance guy did an incredible job helping us out with our AC unit that went down. He quickly responded and helped us out. We really appreciate him! Dude is a beast
The service in the rooftop terrace was exceptional Heather and Jordan went above and beyond and helped us feel welcome during the time we spent waiting for our flight to the airport
