Tom was great. He arrived at my place on time actually ahead of time. He did a magnificent job duplicating and programming my car key FOB. I would certainly recommend and give him a call myself when I need services again. He did a fantastic job.

Tom went above and beyond for me! I lost my keys to my 2003 Cadillac and was completely stuck. They came out, opened my door, and made me a new key right there. But here's what really impressed me after getting me back in my car, I realized I needed gas to start it. Instead of just leaving, they actually gave me a ride to the gas station so I could get my car running! That's the kind of service you just don't see anymore. These folks really care about making sure you're taken care of, not just getting the job done. They go the extra mile literally!
